This job is only open to UAE Nationals. The position is a generalist position in HR involving a variety of HR activities. The job holder will be responsible for:
1- Coordinating recruitment activities for Dubai Future Foundation vacancies from posting jobs to screening candidates to arranging offers and onboarding of new employees
2- Managing the employee data on the ERP system and employee files
3- Managing payroll activities for the foundation
4- Coordinating training and development activities
5- Handling employee engagement and internal communication
6- Providing advice to employee in HR policies and procedures
7 - Providing employee services
8 - Coordinating the performance management cycle for employees
9- Ensuring proper documentation of all HR activities
10- This job is strictly for Arabic speakers as it involves a lot of transactions in Arabic
