As a retail team member, you will work at the Museum of The Future which is the one-of-its-kind spectacular building on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
As a proactive member of the Retail team, you will be a guardian of the Retail Store visitors’ experience and you will support the achievement of retail sales. You will be positively creating a value proposition to visitors where creation of fun and memorable experience is achieved with explanation of features and benefits of Museum store products as souvenirs and collectables.
You will work with exceptional sales skills and customer service standards so you will be creating a positive environment to ensure that guests have a pleasant, immersive and enjoyable experience at every interaction.
Working with our passionate talents means you will work to support the Retail Management team in the delivery of a world class visitors’ experience, through effective and proactive sales and services.
You will support the management in all logistical matters related to the visitors’ experience, including orientation, monitoring and addressing visitors’ issues and concerns during their visits to the Retail Store.
As a Retail Service team member, you will be working with a dedicated and passionate team and will report to the Retail Supervisor.

Who are we looking for?
You will have an excellent command of English, any other languages are a additional advantage.
You have at least a Diploma and a previous experience in retail sales in a similar industry.
